Residences at the Stoneleigh is an exclusive residential tower located between historic Turtle Rock and Uptown Dallas, Texas. As one of the only for-sale high rises in the area, KTGY’s designers gave the tower an elegant and understated architectural skin to house premium amenities and the homes of a clientele accustomed to hiring their own interior designers and architects. Responding to the historic hotel next door, Stoneleigh matches its tone with translucent panels that make the crown glow at night. Traditional and classical elements come together with a bit of art deco in a style in tune with the neighborhood but more common in Manhattan and The Loop.
A hospitality influence lends to a sheltering arrival sequence and port cochere. Design aesthetics are intended to reflect the history and respectability of the hotel next door, in a series of collaborative design decisions that benefit the hotel, the client and the unit owners. Punch windows give Stoneleigh a refined urban flair, and shared branding and amenities with the hotel extend of the luxury and exclusivity of both. Large and deep balconies are built into the footprint, making them more a part of the home than cantilevered balconies. Staging of interstitial floors keeps residents happy during unit build outs, and exclusive amenities include a private dining room with catering kitchen, a raised and landscaped courtyard, pool and spa amenities as well as walking access to the Katy Trail.
