Esprit at Dublin Station builds on the framework of masterplan established for the area around the East Dublin BART station. Taking cues from early California architecture, the design of the development relies on a simple massing with attention paid to details like recessed windows, articulated roof overhangs and simple, but elegant arch details at the entry porches. While constructed on-grade without a concrete parking structure, the development maintains an “in-town” feeling with the set-backs and building massing conveying the urban feeling for which the master plan is searching. The development provides easy walking to shopping and restaurants, as well as, access to the entire Bay Area by BART.
