Esmeralda Town Center is part of the KAEC development near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Esmeralda Town Center will be the activity
hub for several new residential neighborhoods, providing recreation, religious, educational, and retail facilities. Schools and
a retail mall are located adjacent to the KTGY project site. Included in the KTGY scope are a large Golf Clubhouse, a private VIP
Club, restaurants and shops, a Women’s Spa and Health Club, a Community Center, Golf Academy, and a Friday Mosque.
The Golf Clubhouse includes restaurant and banquet facilities, golf pro shop, starter’s check-in, locker rooms, Men’s Spa,
activity lawns, and a large public lobby. A well screened cart maintenance and storage area is provided with quick access to the
Starter’s check-in. The VIP Club provides private lounge, meeting, and dining areas, a cigar lounge, and a training room with
full AV capabilities. The Women’ Spa and Health Club includes lobby and check-in, locker rooms, day spa, health club, indoor
pool, beauty salon, restaurant, juice bar, and retail. In accordance with cultural requirements, this facility is well screened from
the outside. The facility is constructed around a courtyard that provides private outside areas. The Community Center includes
Day-Care and children’s play area, children’s pool and water slide, 25 meter pool, locker rooms, basket ball court, health club
with racquetball courts, snack/juice bar, and indoor running track. The Golf Academy includes training rooms with simulation
capability, classrooms, café, and administrative areas.
