Description:

Located directly on the border of New Mexico and Texas, the project vision was to create a unique residential village targeting a luxury move-down market of empty nesters who desire a water amenitized living environment.  The project includes 69 dwelling units - most directly facing an open space/water amenity – in addition to 11 custom lots of one-third to one-half acre each.  Adjacent to the residential area is a unique festival-style retail district with shops and restaurants oriented to a vibrant plaza and lagoon.  A comprehensive pedestrian system links the water edges of both retail and residential components providing an attractive walking experience for residents who desire to visit neighbors, go shopping for a while or just relax next to the water and enjoy a cappuccino with friends.
