Description:
Design includes a high density residential neighborhood containing 108 three-story townhomes, which is a part of a larger 38 acre mixed-use development. The residential buildings are clustered around a central recreation center with a clubhouse. The community uses are integrated into an adjacent commercial center and office/industrial complex to create diversity and lively pedestrian-oriented environment. The architectural design of the adjacent office and light industrial buildings to create a unified and cohesive development.
