Description:
Designed to protect significant environmental resources within the adjacent Lytle Creek Wash and alleviate flood concerns in the area, the plan promotes the sustainable elements of connectivity and walkability throughout the 2,447 acre master planned community. The basic framework established for Lytle Creek Ranch consists of four distinct neighborhoods, each with its own separate identity. The largest neighborhood features the "Grand Paseo" that serves as a central pedestrian corridor, drainage and open space corridor kinking, surrounding. This paseo links residential areas to a series of three, public activity cores. A full range of housing is planned, including family-oriented, active adult, cluster detached, and mixed-use in addition to an active adult neighborhood arranged around a golf course.
