KTGY is providing land planning and entitlement services for the 1,780 acre Village One site in Lincoln, CA, which includes the 150 acre Walkup Ranch property. Framework plans and detailed designs for the master planned community, including commercial retail, residential and open space features in a framework that respects the natural site and precedence set by the City of Lincoln. Project implementation will require approvals of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Specific Plan, Environmental Impact Report, Development Agreement, Annexation Request, and Williamson Act Contract Cancellation.
