Lumiera Gardens - Chiba Newtown Client: New City Corporation Location: Project: Facts: Description: a convenient three minute walk from a train station. The project includes 178 units designed with a California Contemporary style featuring 3 and 5-story flats above ground level live/work uses. The community's internal pedestrian paseo also serves as an emergency fire access lane. The architectural program maximizes the number of corner units to provide additional privacy and less sharing of wall space. Because of the project's close proximity to rail service, one car space and two bike spaces per unit were provided because of the community’s close proximity to the rail station. |
