Description:
KTGY was asked to revamp an existing high rise project originally characterized by an unremarkable, conventional architecture utilizing square geometry. The Client's goal was to r maximize FAR, increase the number of corner units and create a signature architectural exterior with an upscale ambiance that would attract the attention of executive professionals, couples and small families. Featured Japanese and international amenities include a business center, atrium fitness center, theater, club room, guest room, tatami room, and 200 automated underground parking spaces.
