 Ken Ryan
Overseeing the Community Planning and Urban Design studios, Ken has served as leader on projects involving complex regeneration planning, urban infill, large scale master plans, transit-oriented development, resort/recreation studies, community participation programs and intergovernmental coordination. Ken is a planner known for his leadership, strategic insight and communication skills. Through his experience as a past Mayor and his ongoing involvement on numerous city and community advisory and governing boards, Ken brings a unique perspective and significant entitlement experience to the planning process.

Dave’s extensive background in architecture and construction spans over 25 years and is highlighted by his award-winning design knowledge as well as the ability to monitor construction costs, project scheduling, and governmental processing. Dave’s intrinsic knowledge of the Inland Empire and his focus on a wide range of densities, including detached for sale to three story rental, enables him to deliver successful, marketable and desirable new home communities while saving extensively on the client’s construction costs. |
