With a career focused on innovative design, Jill takes pride in the value clients derive from the firm's expertise. Her 22 years in residential and mixed-use design are concentrated in mixed-income, infill and redevelopment throughout the Bay area. From single-family to multi-story infill, Jill's leadership with the development team, working with neighbors and coordinating with city staff has led to nationally recognized, award-winning, and successful developments. Devoted to the community, Jill has extended her talents to creating housing for Home Aid and Habitat for Humanity. |

As a principal, he leads a talented team of designers skilled in large scale residential and mixed-use projects. In addition to his involvement in a series of award winning projects, David is a regular speaker at industry events, as well as a critic at numerous colleges and universities |
 Wil Wong, AIA
Wil's critical technical leadership integrates design concepts during selection, development and integration of building systems and assemblies for multi-family developments throughout California. He supervises the technical direction of teams through all phases of design and construction while guiding the coordination of consultants, establishing project schedules and monitoring budgets. His project experience includes for sale and for rent attached housing as well as single-family housing.

 Michael Ohara, AIA
Involved in the design of residential projects for more than 25 years, Mike delivers efficient, smart and innovative solutions for high-density multi-family projects. He thrives on understanding how clients do business, understanding their needs and integrating those needs into their particular project. Mike’s project experience includes an impressive portfolio of multi-family projects of all densities including high density podium buildings and both horizontal and vertical mixed-use projects.

Rohit Anand brings a wealth of experience in leading the design of the multi-family/residential development projects. Rohit's experience includes the design of nearly 25,000 market rate residential units ranging from for-rent and for-sale multifamily units to single family attached and detached homes. He is adept at providing product positioning advice and efficient construction systems that help meet developers' proforma. He counts among his clients four of the nation's top ten multifamily residential developers: Trammell Crow Residential, UDR, The Bozzuto Group and Avalon Bay.

Mike Kingsley’s experience represents a profound and diverse understanding of the home building industry. As a Division President for the nation’s largest residential builder, he managed all facets of acquisition, production, marketing and product development. Prior experience included Vice President level positions in sales and marketing of new homes and field production responsibilities with national builders.Mike continues to be active in industry affiliations to keep abreast of changes and innovations. Smita leads design and production of multi- and single-family homes for KTGY’s Tysons Corner office. Her expertise ranges from production and custom single-family detached and attached homes to multifamily apartments and condo buildings. She has designed successful projects for major national builders such as D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes, Brookfield Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lincoln Property Company, Arcadia Homes and multi-family developers such as Trammell Crow Residential and EYA. Smita has won numerous awards for her work, most notably several GALA NVBIA and MNCBIA Awards for excellence and the SMC Silver and Gold Merit awards.

With over 35 years experience in residential and commercial project types, Dan’s focus is on living environment projects in and around University Campuses and related settings. His attention to detail coupled with his ability to work hand-in-hand with the developer, the campus, and most importantly, the students, translates into student housing projects that work for everyone, including the community. He also employs his market knowledge and construction expertise by mentoring the firm’s growing staff. |

 Ken Ryan
Overseeing the Community Planning and Urban Design studios, Ken has served as leader on projects involving complex regeneration planning, urban infill, large scale master plans, transit-oriented development, resort/recreation studies, community participation programs and intergovernmental coordination. Ken is a planner known for his leadership, strategic insight and communication skills. Through his experience as a past Mayor and his ongoing involvement on numerous city and community advisory and governing boards, Ken brings a unique perspective and significant entitlement experience to the planning process.

Mark Drake brings over 30 years of design and project management experience to KTGY. His experience encompasses entitlement services thru design and project management of all multi-family product types. Mark has vast experience working on wood frame and concrete buildings. Mark has completed garden apartment communities, ‘texas donuts’, podiums to 70-story high-rise buildings. Mark is known for his comprehensive approach in providing quality documents with an eye to the builder’s bottom line. Mark leads KTGY's Tysons Corner Multi-family Practice, Mark provides his expertise in assisting clients with developing cutting-edge product strategies for challenging infill developments.

Sustainability is an integral part of Mike’s expertise in commercial, mixed-use, retail, hotel and entertainment projects. With a 40-year foundation of experience, he is considered a market leader in helping clients integrate sustainable programs into their development endeavors. His involvement in large, complicated projects such as those he’s created for Disney makes him an integral part of the KTGY Leadership team. Mike also sets the standard for the firm’s sustainability efforts through his active role in the USGBC’s LEED Program.
