Description:
The second phase of affordable housing for Mercy is located northeast of the planned Eastbridge
Town Center at Stapleton. This project will include 92 apartment homes, 46 of which have been
awarded Denver Road Home funds, offering studio, one, two, and three bedroom affordable living options. This project is geared to those earning 30% of AMI and also includes a transitional housing component. The 4-story wood frame rental project will include 4 unit types, a community room for larger resident meetings and after-school programming, a computer lab, and smaller group meeting spaces.
