Facts:
Designed to protect significant environmental resources within the adjacent Lytle Creek Wash and alleviate flood concerns in the area. The plan promotes the sustainable elements of connectivity and walkability throughout the 2,447 acre master planned community. Lytle Creek Ranch consists of four distinct neighborhoods, each with its own identity. The largest neighborhood features the "Grand Paseo" that serves as a central pedestrian corridor and drainage open space corridor. This paseo links residential areas, which are organized around public activity cores. A full range of housing is planned, including family-oriented, active adult, cluster detached, and mixed-use.
