Description:
Existing plan was conventional high rise with square geometry. Our goal was a revamped approach that would maximize FAR, while also providing increased number of corner units, signature architecture, enclave character and upscale ambiance. The City Tower at Takanawa caters to executive professionals, couples and small families; Japanese and international.
