The Culver City Gateway is a hub for living, working and playing in Culver City. Anchoring the western edge of this diverse west side city, the Gateway will provide a walkable, mixed-use blend of high density residential, retail and office components. Nestled along the intersection of Jefferson and Sepulveda, the Gateway will comprise 1,000 residential units along with 250,000 sf of retail and restaurants and 20,000 sf of commercial office space. A 1 acre public plaza defined by with water features, kiosks and landscape elements will highlight four pedestrian-friendly city blocks. The Gateway features a variety of stacked flat podium units organized either by green courts or optimized for city views, all with convenient access to blend of unique shops, restaurants and central market. KTGY designed the Gateway to celebrate the community of Culver City while also attracting visitors with a vibrant and memorable experience to this unique environment.
