Description:
Quince Orchard Park is a New Urbanist style planned development in the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The community consists of a mix of single family detached, attached and two over two for sale units. The city required the architecture, scale and proportion of all units to be similar as well as compatible with the surrounding single family neighborhoods. All 140 units are designed in an arts and crafts style that ties the variety of unit types together. By providing volume in the lower units, the four level two over two units appear to be three levels from the outside.
