The purpose of this design is to create a production home with a custom home feel. The house boasts a host of features usually reserved for custom homes including a private family entrance, a fully appointed home center, both attached and detached garages, and room-sized walk-in closets. Originally conceived for two acre lots in Virginia hunt country, this home is intended for an “ex-urban” manor home in the countryside setting.
