Description:
The River Quarry is a 6.32 acre enclave in Bethesda, MD. The Community will have only 30 residential units when completed.

The exteriors of the homes are richly detailed California Mediterranean style. The interiors are open and richly appointed but subtly defined using decorative columns and bulkheads.
Compact yet dramatic landscaped outside spaces target the empty nester buyer.

The reclamation of the stone quarry provided site variations that were used to create a
cascading water feature that wends through the community. The last stones excavated
from the quarry now make up the community’s entry monument and retaining walls
throughout the site.
