On Culture - Rohit Anand
At KTGY, it all starts with our team.
In our teams, we certainly look for the typical attributes of being team players, creative, with a can do attitude, those who can put their egos aside.
But, we additionally look for team members who want to learn, to grow, to take on more responsibility. People who can give and take criticism that is constructive. People who want to be challenged and are willing to challenge those around them.
We believe that if we can create an environment where each team member develops a sense of what to do, of how to conduct themselves in most situations, how to communicate with clients, how to communicate internally with your team, how to collaborate with teams in other studios, how to conduct yourself in meetings, and so on, and that there is a team and firm-wide consistency, that there is and a framework within which to operate and flourish, then you can call this the KTGY Culture.
And, we believe when we focus first and foremost on our Culture as a firm, all good things emanate from that. Be it hiring and keeping good people, good clients with exciting projects, great execution of projects, and a great office environment.
