Description
Naming what’s true is often the hardest and most powerful step toward change. This session explores neurodiversity in the workplace: how different brains show up, work, and lead, and what it takes for traditional work culture to evolve toward ease, retention, and work that’s genuinely good, for people and projects. Through stories from professionals in our industry and a hands on exercise, you’ll build language for advocacy, for allyship, and meaningful change.
