Craig Lawrence is an architect with extensive experience designing in areas with strict design requirements and intense community feedback. He believes great design emerges through building consensus and a common purpose among all project partners. His previous roles include senior positions where he guided the people and systems that sustained extraordinary client service. During this time, he actively led the design of luxury residential, boutique hospitality, commercial and multifamily developments. As an associate principal at KTGY, his goal is to support the growth of team members through mentorship and enhanced processes that help facilitate client goals.

Craig’s previous experience, focused on the design of luxury custom homes and resort amenities in Colorado ski towns is, at its core, an exercise in finding tailor ed solutions to fit very specific requirements. This has given him the expertise needed to bring tailored strategies to large scale developments, providing clients with a unique advantage in bringing the custom feel to production home communities. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the City of Denver’s Lower Downtown Design Review Commission and Co-Chair of AIA Colorado’s Housing Committee; he holds a master’s from CU Denver and frequently returns to his alma mater as a design juror.
