This upscale build-to-rent neighborhood is nested within The Colony, a new master planned community just outside of Frisco, Texas that offers a well-connected yet secluded retreat for those looking for a departer from city life. A relatively flat site provided KTGY’s designers with an open canvas to craft a neighborhood that encouraged serendipitous encounters within a nature-infused community.
The centrally located clubhouse creates a hub for gatherings and community activities. By designing alley loaded homes, designers deemphasized cars and garages and created front doors that open to calm green space paseos inviting residents to forge connections. Brick and stone facades align with the area’s rigid design guidelines and highlight the European Eclectic, English Cottage, and English Tudor architectural styles of the homes. For the families living in The Tribute getting to work, school, or play is a breeze with a handful of convenient nearby destinations.
